150 Days to London 2012 Olympics
Most eyes will be fixed on the 100m mens final – can Usain Bolt defend his titel? I cannot wait to see some of the other events. My favourites at the moment are Beach Volleybal, Diving and BMX.
To show my support to my team and some of the sport I have created some amazing shirts.
More designs will follow over the next weeks so keep an eye out here. Leave a comment if you want your favourite sport or country to be added.
Winter WonderLand for Santa’s Little Helper
As far as Bart Simpson goes his almost unloved dog called Santa’s Little Helper brought to mind the fact that saxophone playing Lisa would definitely get him a present.
With that inspiration I put together a few items for anyone who finds themselves a Santa’s Little Helper. There is even some for those who are a little bigger than little.
Life before the Internet: would you be climbing walls? – Parkour, fashion and more.
Wow. I just got hooked on watching some guys running through the ‘urban furniture’, things like benches, walls, buildings…and the gaps between them!
I think they call it Parkour. You know the beginning scenes of Casino Royale where James Bond is chasing a guy through a construction site – that is Parkour. Absolutely stunning to watch.

They bounced off things, up things and held themselves in the air for ages – just gobsmacking. They were clearly confident in what they were doing, but none of them were ‘bragging’ they all said it was about sharing the love.
None of them take drugs (hooray!) as they need to keep their bodies fit – and were these bodies really, REALLY FIT!
They looked like the highest trained Olympic Gymnast with that extra something. One of the guys (Mike) said he pretty much spent his life outside – not because he didn’t have a home to go to, but because he was getting addicted to his PlayStation and his mum took it away for Read the rest of this entry »
Life’s too short – enjoy the sunshine and the rain
Hey there music fans.
I was offline for the last couple of days thanks to my ISP having a hiccup (hiccough!) in their abilities! Still, in great and usual form I took the opportunity to enjoy life – hey, it’s what it’s here for.
As I thoroughly enjoyed my day out in the glorious sunshine, watching the waves break at the shoreline was refreshing an energizing.
Letting mother nature do it’s thing with you is a great day.
On the way back an old-timer decided to strike up a conversation with me – yes, it was started by the spaghetti t-shirt I was wearing! Read the rest of this entry »
